We are accepted as charitable non-profit organization by the German tax authorities and entiteled to issue donation receipts  for tax purposes.

Our current list of shareholders can be downloaded here. As a non-profit organization, all donations fund 100% our charitable work and can never be distributed. For good governance and long-term safeguarding of the continued existence of the company, three different people currently hold the company shares and an Advisory Board has been established.
