The task of the Advisory Board is to advise and support the Management Board on the basis of the special expertise of the Advisory Board members and in particular with regard to the strategic orientation and long-term safeguarding of the continued existence of the company. The Advisory Board must also advise the management of "Life Bridge Ukraine" in advance on extraordinary legal transactions or those affecting the management.
